Design development of a 3000 sqm complex of villas in Abu Dhabi, currently under construction. A vast program divided into 3 separate villas – for reception, residents and guests with a number of adjacent areas.
Specific client requirements, climate constraints & Spanish revival style with rustic materials and finishes created a number of in-between open areas, courtyards, pergolas, porches, etc. The idea was to create a feeling of connected, undisturbed open space, while providing privacy for tenants.
Variety of different spaces and programs, majlis area, different room types, large-scale dining areas, library, gym, spa, etc. This project is a product of coordination with the fit-out contractor, structural and exterior architecture team and client representatives.
