Design development of 3000 sqm complex of villas in Abu Dhabi, currently under construction. Vast program divided in 3 separate villas – for reception, residents and guests with number of adjacent areas.

Specific client requirements, climate constraints & Spanish revival style with rustic materials and finishes, created a number of in-between open areas, courtyards, pergolas, porches etc. Idea was to create felling of connected, undisturbed open space, while providing privacy for tenants.

Variety of different spaces and programs, majlis area, different room types, large scale dining areas, library, gym, spa etc. This project is a product of coordination with fit-out contractor, structural and exterior architecture team and client representatives.
