Located in Al Quoz, Dubai, structure utilizes max potential of exiting plot. Bulit area is occupying 55% of the plot, while remaining 45% is dedicated to 35 parking spaces with access roads and landscaping.

Aside from modular office units, building contains common areas, open co-working, multipurpose conference room, meeting rooms, roof restaurant with terrace & central climatized atrium/ covered semi-public square. Our aim was to help our clients fulfil their vision of a modern, environmentally friendly, cost effective and easily to build corporate building.
