Renovation of villa located in Al Mizar area, residential part of Dubai. Project scope was ground floor area of approximately 300 sqm, including various family areas, majilis, dining, living room and kitchen. The brief was to improve existing space according to needs of modern UAE family, increase amount of natural light and transform design of space from classic to modern – mid century language.

Using clean lines, modern lighting fixtures and materials like wood, gold plated steel, upholstery, fabrics, in combination with existing marble flooring to achieve timeless look. Warm color pallet was used with natural materials, energized with vivid colors accents and details, creating comfortable and dynamic living space.
