Grain of Salt is an Indian cuisine restaurant, located in Dubai Festival City mall, with an area of approx. 400 sqm. Restaurant layout is comprised of diverse areas populated with various seating booths overlooking a visible hot kitchen area, a cocktail bar and a separate banquet hall.
Inspired by traditional values, design is a combination of contemporary ambiance suitable for a restaurant located inside the mall premises.
Material and color palette were tailored to create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, featuring oblong, curvy shapes, natural wood, mosaic tiling, fluted ceiling, with accents of red fabric and brushed gold.
