Grain of Salt is Indian cuisine restaurant, located in Dubai Festival City mall with area of approx. 400 sqm. Restaurant layout is comprised of diverse areas populated with various sitting booths overlooking visible hot kitchen area, cocktail bar and separate banquet hall.
Inspired by traditional values, design is combination of and contemporary ambient suitable for restaurant located inside mall premises.
Material and color palette, were tailored to create welcoming and cozy atmosphere, featuring oblong, curvy shapes, natural wood, mosaic tilling, fluted ceiling, with accents of red fabric and brushed gold.
