The design of the weekend retreat located in the Ajman Emirate interior was inspired by the location and natural desert surroundings. The existing single-floor building is replaced by contemporary, efficient architecture rooted in the plot, with a large opening allowing views of the surrounding vegetation and backyard.
The layout is composed of 3 bedrooms connected with a central corridor with a Moroccan water feature, spacious majlis, open kitchen and living area connected with a glossed glass terrace. The building has two entrances for guests from the main road and driveway and a more private inner yard entrance connected to an open veranda overlooking palm tree lines and a football court.
