Based on a comprehensive study, the layout was restructured by removing non-structural elements and repositioning partition walls in order to create functional space that resonates with the needs of the client & contemporary living.
Natural & durable materials are combined with a warm/bright color palette, in order to achieve a family atmosphere and to increase the amount of natural light. Different designs and finishes in rooms were used in order to create separate and independent spaces, serving the user’s needs. Division of living and guest areas & private sleeping quarters was made using the main hallway, establishing a good connection at the same time.

A combination of different designs and finishes creates independent spaces, each serving the user’s needs. By removing non-structural elements and repositioning partition walls, as well as using the main hallway as a crossroad and communication, the division of living, guest and private sleeping quarters became visible on the new layout.
