Designed for a real estate firm, the Continental Office was designed to balance a bold design expression with everyday functionality. Sculptural elements such as curved ceilings, broad burgundy accents, and flowing lighting features introduce movement throughout the interior, giving the space a distinctive character while maintaining a practical working environment.
Warm wood panelling brings depth and tactility, offsetting the clean geometry of glass meeting rooms with softened edges. Transparency and openness were key considerations, allowing natural interaction between teams while maintaining defined areas for focused work.
The workplace was also planned to accommodate gatherings and informal exchange. A central café and flexible open areas encourage employees to step away from their desks, creating a dynamic environment where collaboration and conversation can unfold naturally throughout the day.
