The client brief for this space was to reflect the road construction company business using colours & materials efficiently inside existing base built, shell and core finishes.
We designed this space relying on a combination of natural & industrial materials, concrete, steel mesh, in contrast with wood and plants / green walls to create a clean, dynamic look.
The layout was redesigned to accommodate the needs of the regional branch, incorporate executive offices, meeting rooms & staff offices, allowing them access to natural light and ventilation. Flexible open plan with private offices for executives, partners and mixed-use meeting rooms. Maximum functionality of the space obtained through division of layout on mixed-use, staff/office areas and creation of a dedicated archive to remove all storage from the open office area.
