Proposed villa design refurbishment, based on minimum investment brief and goal to restore architectural values of these, old fashioned, AL Wasl road beauties. Two different contexts, residential and commercial, communicated trough application of different colour treatment, textures and details.

Applying texture to highlight central corpus with stone cladding, adding perforated screens to conceal MEP elements, provide shade and privacy, pergolas to create shade and treatment of landscaping to create contemporary look.
