Brief of this project was to create games room area on 300 sqm basement floor of luxury residential villa, place where occupants can relax and meet friends. Separate areas for cards, billiard, table tennis, bar area and seating lounge are created respectively, connected in one seamless space.

Material and pallet colors are tailored to reflect modern luxury style of the existing villa and to provide cozy ambiance.
