Point Concept’s design for Poddster Singapore has been featured in SBID’s Project of the Week series, recognizing the studio as a 2025 SBID Awards Finalist.
Poddster commissioned Point Concept Studio to design and specify the interior architecture, furnishings, and bespoke fittings for a modular podcasting studio concept. Six studios were built to support different recording styles, each with tailored lighting and acoustics for both audio and video quality. A multifunctional lounge extends the space beyond recording, supporting editing, networking, and collaboration between sessions.
The brief called for more than functional studios, a hub that could flex between focused, solo recording and group collaboration. The main technical challenge was coordinating acoustics, lighting, and modular fit-out details between the UAE-based design team and suppliers in Singapore.
