The architecture of this under construction beach villa, in Mamzar area of Dubai, was not visually coherent and not in accordance with principles of contemporary planning. Together with the proposal for interiors design, we have taken on the task of improving facades and layouts in order to provide functional space open to its surroundings.
By enlarging and unifying look of the external opening we provided coherent architectural expression with an abundance of natural light indoors. The existing congested staircase was freed from unnecessary partitions and wall claddings, exposing the structure and nature of the building. The main entrance area and living room are overlooked by a double-height ceiling void, penetrated by a panoramic bridge connecting parts of the first floor. Space under the roof was transformed into and private gym and games area, with astonishing views of the surrounding beach and park.
