Renovation of a villa located in the Al Mizar area, a residential part of Dubai. Project scope was the ground floor area of approximately 300 sqm, including various family areas, majilis, dining, living room and kitchen. The brief was to improve the existing space according to the needs of the modern UAE family, increase the amount of natural light and transform the design of the space from classic to modern mid-century language.
Using clean lines, modern lighting fixtures and materials like wood, gold-plated steel, upholstery, fabrics, in combination with existing marble flooring to achieve a timeless look. A warm color palette was used with natural materials, energized with vivid color accents and details, creating a comfortable and dynamic living space.
