Designed as a contemporary, open workplace, this project was envisioned to foster collaboration, connectivity, and an engaging visitor experience. Expansive layouts, seamless circulation, and flexible communal areas create an environment that encourages interaction while maximizing natural light and panoramic city views from its high-floor location. The design intentionally accentuates the surrounding skyline through open sightlines and inviting social spaces, creating a bright and inspiring atmosphere throughout the office.
A key feature of the space is the integrated Experience Center, equipped with RFID technology, an interactive table, and digital screens that allow guests to explore and engage with the company’s story and innovations in an immersive way. The project marks the first UAE office for Tolaram Group, a Singapore-headquartered holding company with diversified business interests across consumer goods, fintech, infrastructure, and industrials.
