Proposed villa design refurbishment, based on a minimum investment brief and the goal to restore the architectural values of these old-fashioned Al Wasl road beauties. Two different contexts, residential and commercial, communicated through application of different colour treatment, textures and details.
Applying texture to highlight the central corpus with stone cladding, adding perforated screens to conceal MEP elements, providing shade and privacy, pergolas to create shade and treatment of landscaping to create a contemporary look.
